Employment Information

SUMMIT is not the typical big box gym; it is the premier 1-on-1 fitness and wellness facility in the Belleair area. Our personal trainers are best in class and are highly sought after. They create a positive and motivating atmosphere and train clients in their own fully equipped training suites.

SUMMIT is located in a brand-new high-class facility and is looking to bring on new team members to immediately step in and take new clients from our growing waitlist.

SUMMIT Trainers are highly professional individuals and are passionate about working with those around them to pursue and healthier and happier lifestyle. Our trainers take extreme pride in their work and constantly strive to create an experience with their clients that provides progress and an impression that stays.

Why work with SUMMIT?

· NO COLD CALLING. NO FLOOR HOURS. NO DIRECT SALES. We handle the sales process so that you can focus on doing what you do best… training your clients.

· YOUR OWN TRAINING SPACE. We train our clients in private suites so it’s just you with your clients with all the gym equipment you could need. No having to wait for equipment, no sharing, and no awkward stares.

· NO SPLIT SHIFTS. Our trainers either work in the morning or in the afternoon, not both. Part-time trainers can train between 3-6 sessions in one shift and then have the rest of the day to do other things.

· BE PART OF A TEAM. Our trainers work together as a team and not as separate contractors. This maximizes the amount of sessions trained for everyone so that you’re not sitting for hours between clients.

ROOM FOR GROWTH. Our part-time trainers can be offered opportunities to become full-time salaried trainers when they become available.
