Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated and knowledgeable Personal Trainer to join our team. As a Personal Trainer, you will be responsible for providing personalized fitness programs and guidance to clients, helping them achieve their health and fitness goals.

Duties:
- Conduct fitness assessments to determine clients' current fitness levels and goals
- Design customized workout plans tailored to individual clients' needs and goals
- Provide instruction and guidance on proper exercise techniques and form
- Motivate and support clients during training sessions to ensure they stay on track
- Monitor clients' progress and make adjustments to their workout plans as needed
- Maintain a clean and organized workout area
- Stay up-to-date with the latest fitness trends and research

Skills:
- Knowledge of physiology and anatomy
- Ability to design effective fitness programs for individuals of all fitness levels
- Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to build rapport with clients
- Knowledge of program design principles
- Degree in exercise physiology or related field or a certification from a national agency
- Understanding of body mechanics and injury prevention

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $27.50 - $32.00 per hour

Expected hours: 10 – 38 per week
