Summary: Steel Fitness Premier is looking for a multi-disciplined experienced Personal Trainer that loves helping people reach goals via 1 on 1 Training, Team Training, and Kickboxing settings. Make up to 45.00/hr and grow with Steel Fitness. Serious inquiries only. We are transitioning a number of clients and have clients available TODAY! This is a unique opportunity for someone who is a career Trainer.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following:
- Provide dynamic effective and fun fitness training in one on one, small group and team settings.
- Assess client’s needs by performing an evaluation of their strength, flexibility, posture and cardiovascular endurance.
- Entrepreneurial approach and a passion for promotion and working with people
- Develop a personalized training program based on results, the client’s personal goals, their health history and any medical considerations thereof.
- Establish and appropriately progress client-training programs taking their medical conditions into consideration.
- Develop a personal training client base; schedule and maintain appointments.
- Provide fitness floor supervision and basic exercise instruction.
- Must be able to work some nights, days and weekends.
Education and/or Experience
Bachelor’s degree (B.S.) in health/fitness field OR nationally recognized certification required. Prior work experience or internship in the health and fitness industry as a personal trainer.

Pay: $20.00 - $45.00 per hour
