Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Personal Trainer to join our team. As a Personal Trainer, you will be responsible for providing personalized fitness programs and training sessions to clients. This is an exciting opportunity to help individuals achieve their fitness goals and improve their overall health and well-being.

Duties:
- Conduct fitness assessments and consultations to determine clients' goals, fitness levels, and any limitations or health concerns
- Design customized exercise programs tailored to clients' specific needs and goals
- Provide one-on-one personal training sessions, ensuring proper form, technique, and safety
- Motivate and inspire clients to reach their full potential and maintain a consistent exercise routine
- Educate clients on proper nutrition, hydration, and lifestyle choices to support their fitness journey
- Track clients' progress through regular assessments and adjust training programs as needed
- Offer guidance and support to clients in achieving their weight loss, muscle gain, or overall fitness objectives
- Lead group fitness classes or boot camps as assigned

Experience:
- Previous experience as a Personal Trainer or Fitness Instructor is required
- Strong knowledge of fitness sales techniques and ability to generate leads
- Sports coaching experience is a plus
- Proven track record in sales and meeting targets
- Ability to design effective exercise programs based on individual needs and goals
- Knowledge of anatomy, physiology, body mechanics, and exercise science principles
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to motivate and inspire clients
- Degree in Physical Education or related field is preferred but not required

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $18.00 per hour

Expected hours: 20 – 30 per week
