Your purpose:

You will conduct and book fitness assessments and work closely with each client, complete 30-minute training sessions based on clients’ goals & capabilities, document the client's journey and ensure member success.

Compensation: $30.00-$45.00 per session hour + Commissions on Personal training sold + 10 hours dedicated to assessments paid at $12 per hour + Up to $35.00/session for HIIT+ classes

What You will do:

• Strong desire to help others reach their health and fitness goals.

• Prepare and deliver comprehensive fitness programs based on clients’ goals.

• Motivate and inspire clients to get results through goal setting, frequent follow-up, and reassessments

• Conduct fitness assessments & introductory programs with members.

• Maintain all sales percentages & KPI expectations; 40% show ratio, 25% closing ratio.

• Create and maintain an enjoyable environment for all employees, members, and guests.

• Maintain excellent customer service with members & clients to keep them engaged with their fitness program.

• Provide effective decision-making regarding customer service issues to provide a positive member experience

What You will bring to the team:

• A valid personal training certification from YouFit’s preferred list or an exercise science-related degree and a valid CPR/AED with a hands-on live component

• Personal training and personal training sales experience

• Superior communication & interpersonal skills

• Excellent time management skills

• Strong knowledge in all aspects of fitness

• Proven track record of individual success

• Ability to excel in a fast-changing, diverse environment

• Has a passion for fitness and helping others

• Possess a positive attitude

• Customer service-oriented

• Punctual, reliable, and organized
