Personal Trainer

South Shore’s largest full-service health and fitness club is looking for energetic and dynamic Personal Trainers to join their stellar fitness team. Come work with more than 8,000 members in their state-of-the-art fitness center!


Opportunities include:

  • Part-time/Full-time
  • $29-$40/hour for Personal Training, $49-$55+/hour for Small Group Training
  • Start with 20 hours per week of customer service & new member assessments

Qualifications/Experience:

  • Passionate about educating members on health and wellness and helping them achieve an optimal qualify of life.
  • Ability to self-promote and network to build clientele among member base.
  • Capable of applying fitness principles and motivating a wide variety of member demographics.
  • Possess excellent customer service and communication skills.
  • Exhibit strong work ethic.
  • Driven to learn new techniques via industry and peers.

Certification/Educational Level:

  • Bachelor/Master Degree in exercise science or related field is a plus but not mandatory
  • National certification (ACE, ACSM, NSCA, NASM, NSCF).
  • Additional specialty certifications (e.g., FMS, etc.) preferred.

Company Description

For over 30 years, Weymouth Club has represented “More than Fitness - It's a Way of Life”. Throughout this period, Weymouth Club has tripled in membership and doubled in size. Our facility is now an 11 acre state-of-the-art 200,000 sq ft facility, with parking for more than 240 cars.
Weymouth Club provides a year-round indoor/outdoor aquatic center with 7 bodies of water, 12 Hard Tennis Courts (of which, 9 are indoor year-round), truly exceptional fitness, tennis, aquatic, group exercise, mind/body, hot yoga and spa services, and a 12,000 sq ft "Kids Energy Center". The Energy Center provides child supervision, dance, karate, swim teams, birthday parties, a variety of camps in the summer, spring, fall and winter and lots of other full service children's programming.
