Job Description

15 to Fit Method™ Pilates has an exciting job opening for a Full-Time Personal Trainer. This position is based in our studio and is not a remote job.

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Lead and conduct one-on-one or group training sessions with clients
  • Design personalized workout plans based on client goals and fitness levels
  • Monitor clients' progress and adjust workout plans as needed
  • Educate clients on proper exercise techniques and overall wellness
  • Create a positive and motivating atmosphere for clients during training sessions
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization in the training area

Requirements

  • Certification as a Personal Trainer from an accredited program
  • Previous experience working as a Personal Trainer
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Knowledge of anatomy, physiology, and nutrition
  • Ability to motivate and inspire clients to reach their fitness goals
  • Flexible schedule to accommodate client sessions
