Responsibilities:
- Conduct fitness assessments to evaluate clients' current fitness levels
- Develop personalized exercise programs based on clients' goals and abilities
- Provide instruction on proper exercise techniques and form
- Motivate and support clients to help them reach their fitness goals
- Monitor clients' progress and adjust training programs as needed
- Educate clients on the importance of nutrition and lifestyle choices for overall health
- Maintain a clean and organized workout environment
Skills:
- Strong anatomy knowledge to understand the body's mechanics and functions
- Experience in sports coaching or group fitness instruction
- Proficiency in body mechanics to prevent injuries during workouts
- Sales skills to promote personal training services effectively
- Knowledge of physiology to tailor workouts based on individual needs
- Background in physical education or related field
- Ability to design effective fitness programs for diverse clientele
- Previous experience in fitness sales is a plus
