Summary Objective:

Create and deliver a variety of personal training workouts custom tailored to a diverse member base. Build a client base by promoting your services throughout the community and with the assistance of the Personal Training team.

Essential Functions:

  • Deliver an Unparalleled Fitness Experience to every member
  • Conduct new member orientation, goal assessments and test workouts to evaluate member foundation.
  • Develop personalized fitness programs to meet member goals established during new member orientation
  • Develop and maintain a personal training client base
  • Show dedication to the member experience by promoting cleanliness and member engagement

Job Responsibilities:

  • Create safe and effective fitness programs
  • Execute diverse exercise programs to meet a variety of goals
  • Keep accurate and detailed records of clients results and program progression
  • Maintain a minimum of 10 client hours weekly
  • Communicate and engage with members during floor hours to achieve training minimums
  • Maintain and record schedule accurately
  • Keep current personal schedule and availability on file with Fitness Director
  • Participate in monthly performance reviews with the Fitness Director
  • Understand and follow company standards of conduct and ethics
  • Complete all in-house training as assigned
  • Work early morning, evening, and weekend hours as necessary
  • Assume other duties as assigned

  • Ability to quickly acquire and apply new knowledge and skills
  • Nationally recognized personal training certification
  • CPR/AED certification
  • Maintain your certifications though continuing education

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $21.00 - $45.00 per hour

Education:

  • High school or equivalent (Preferred)

Experience:
