I have 18 years of experience training clients that range from Professional athletes, CEO’s, youth athletes, working professionals.
I love to mentor / teach new coaches to become awesome at what they do. I take a functional / safety first approach with clients. Developing a strong injury resistant person. I do not train in the typical body building style.
To start, you will be working side by side with me, learning, helping, assimilating into our structure.
We are a growing company. As we grow, there will be room to expand hours into full time.
We train clients in a semi private format, each with a customized plan.
