Payroll, Benefits, Human Resources Administrator
Thorud, Inc., an established manufacturer of precision parts in Bloomington, is looking for a Payroll, Benefits, and Human Resources Administrator. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring all personnel and payroll data is accurate and correct, payroll processing, benefit administration, maintaining payroll and personnel records, handling employee additions and changes, tracking and reporting safety, work comp and other regulatory information, payroll and labor reporting and other duties assigned. Other duties include various Office Administration and Accounting tasks.
The ideal candidate for this position would have:
· A minimum of 5 years of payroll and benefits experience
Knowledge of federal, state, and local laws and regulations
· Proficiency in Microsoft Office Products, particularly Outlook, Word and Excel.
· Knowledge and experience in the use of Payroll Software and Labor Tracking and Reporting functions in an ERP/MRP software package.
· Benefits Administration experience.
· Soft skills to effectively communicate and relate with fellow employees and customers as well as good problem-solving skills.
· Strong Organizational Skills such as effective time management, establishing priorities, detail orientation and determination to effectively follow through tasks and duties.
· Demonstrates a high level of integrity to earn the trust and confidence of superiors and co-workers.
· Effectively work with others to accomplish necessary goals and objectives.
