Overview:

We are seeking a skilled Parts Manager/ Service Writer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in marine service and customer service, ensuring smooth communication between distributor, customers and the service department.

Duties:

• Forecasting parts needs and ordering parts to maintain optimal inventory levels
• Monitoring the current parts inventory
• Pricing parts to maintain profitability
• Receiving parts, including placing them into inventory and properly labeling them
• Collaborating with service managers to ensure all parts are available for repair jobs
• Communicate with customers to determine issues and maintenance needs
• Schedule service appointments and follow up with customers on the status of their boats.
• Provide accurate estimates for repairs and maintenance services
• Coordinate with technicians to ensure timely completion of work

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour
