Job Description:

We are in search of an experienced, organized, and detail-oriented Parts Manager for our busy Parts Department. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing and optimizing our parts department operations, ensuring the seamless flow of parts for both our Service Team and customers.

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Proven experience in powersports parts sales
  • An interest and/or understanding of powersports vehicles, parts, and accessories.
  • Exceptional communication skills and a customer-focused approach.

Qualifications:

  • Attention to detail and excellent organizational abilities.
  • Proficiency in basic computer applications.
  • Physical capability to lift and transport heavy parts when required.
  • A positive and collaborative attitude combined with a genuine passion for providing an excellent customer experience.

Responsibilities:

  • Utilize your experience to efficiently manage day-to-day parts department operations, including ordering, inventory control, and distribution.
  • Apply your knowledge of powersports vehicles, accessories, and parts to make informed decisions and contribute to the success of the dealership.
  • Lead by example in providing exceptional customer service, addressing inquiries, and assisting customers with their parts needs.
  • Collaborate closely with service and sales departments, using your expertise to fulfill parts requirements for repairs and customer orders.
  • Implement your inventory management skills to minimize stockouts, reduce overstock, and optimize parts storage space.
  • Leverage your industry connections to maintain and strengthen relationships with suppliers, negotiating favorable terms and pricing.
  • Bring your leadership skills to the Team by training and supervising parts department staff, fostering a positive and high-performing work environment.
