Spa Hearth & Home is seeking a Service Manager with experience in the pool and spa industry who excels in customer service and has strong computer skills. The ideal candidate will know about maintenance, parts, warranty, and data entry and have prior managerial experience overseeing service personnel. This role is a full-time office position; no work-related travel is necessary. A positive attitude is required!
Job Responsibilities:
- Manage and oversee all aspects of service operations.
- Coordinate and schedule service appointments, ensuring timely and efficient completion.
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Manage parts inventory, order supplies as needed, and ensure proper documentation of all transactions about service.
- Administer warranty claims and ensure compliance with manufacturer guidelines.
- Oversee data entry tasks, maintaining accurate records of service activities and customer interactions.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in the pool and spa industry, with a focus on service management.
- Strong customer service skills and the ability to interact professionally with clients.
- Proficiency in computer skills, data entry, inventory management, and scheduling.
- Comprehensive understanding of pool and spa maintenance procedures, parts, and warranty policies.
- Prior managerial experience, with the ability to effectively lead and motivate a service team.
