Bobcat of Portland is growing rapidly, and we are looking to expand our parts department staff. Bobcat is an industry leader in Skid steer and Excavator development, service, and sales.
Our company is growing at an exponential rate, and we are looking to train a new Parts
Manager. Starting wage is $24- $28 DOE. Background in parts sales, management or mechanics is preferred but we do offer in house training.
This job entails:
- Assist internal and external customers by researching parts and processing orders
- Place parts orders
- Daily shipping and receiving
- Assist with maintaining an accurate inventory by performing regular inventory counts
- Assist service department with repair orders
- Participate in all training programs that are made available
- Communicate with staff and customers in a friendly and professional manner
- Maintain a clean and organized working environment
- Manage KPI's
- Ensure stock efficiency, turns ratio, freight recovery
- Ensure department goals are being met
Requirements
- Must have exceptional customer service skills
- Management experience in parts sales or warehouse
- Past parts sales experience preferred
- Ability to effectively communicate verbally and in writing
- Ability to solve problems using wisdom in order to find best solutions
- Must have exceptional customer service skills
- Detail oriented and well organized
- Able to prioritize task and responsibilities
- Must have computer skills
- Must have valid driver’s license

Pay: $24.00 - $28.00 per hour
