Pay:
$1500/mo salary plus 7.75% commission based on department gross. Typical monthly pay $7500-$10,000

All new regular full-time employees begin accruing 4 hours of PTO per pay period and increases after your first year. Part-Time employees will accrue PTO at an hourly rate of .046 regardless of tenure.

Benefit eligibility begins the first of the month following 60 days of full-time employment subject to the terms of the applicable benefit plan. Paid Holidays: Hannah Motor Company offers 5 paid holidays per year to Parts Manager subject to completion of the introductory period and other eligibility requirements as per company policy.


Responsibilities:
  • Maintains a balanced inventory consistent with the requirements of the service department, body shop, wholesale accounts, and the do-it-yourself public.
  • Establishes individual parts inventory levels and balances them for maximum turnover.
  • Monitors and adjusts inventory to minimize obsolescence.
  • Ensures that all parts are properly tagged so that the dealership recovers full credit from the factory.
  • Supervises stock order procedures.
  • Analyzes sales, expenses, and inventory monthly to maintain profit goals.
  • Ensures that the same high quality level of service provided to outside customers is also provided to internal dealership customers.
  • Works with the service manager and body shop manager to ensure a timely turnaround of parts needed for internal jobs.
  • Regular attendance.
Qualifications:
  • Ability to read and comprehend instructions and information.
  • Excellent communication and time management skills.
  • Ability to multi-task.
  • Physical ability to use computer hardware/software.
  • Team player with a positive attitude
  • Ability to prioritize
  • Must maintain clean driving record and be insurable with company insurance
  • Previous automotive experience required
  • CDK experience preferred
