Job Responsibilities:
Evaluate potential and current clients for mobility, strength, and other biometric readings relevant to health.
Develop and implement training regimes based on client evaluations and goals.
Ensure proper technique during all sessions, whether one on one personal training, small group training, sports performance training, large group metabolic training, or children's fitness classes.
Work with athletes of any age to improve balance, stability, strength, mobility, and power generation while implementing sport specific drills to improve athletic performance.
Plan and implement RAID Metabolic classes both independently and along-side another trainer.
Stay current on topics in training, health, wellness, and nutrition.
Maintain and update pertinent certifications.
Aid in the growing of the business by promoting training, selling, and renewing packages to clients.
Aid in maintaining the cleanliness and condition of the facility.
Other duties as agreed upon by the Lead Trainer and Owner.
Qualifications:
Ideal candidate will possess a minimum of Bachelor's degree in Exercise based field. May include Health and Physical Education, Exercise Science, Kinesiology, Exercise Physiology, and other related fields. However, other candidates will still be considered.
NCCA Accredited Personal Training Certification.
Preferred experience in the personal training field including general fitness, large group classes, sports performance training, children's classes, rehabilitation, and geriatric populations.
Position has potential to grow to full time and larger roles in business based on performance and initiative.
Ideal candidate will be a self-starter and willing to put in the work to grown their brand.

Pay: $15.00 - $20.00 per hour
