Description:
We are currently seeking a dynamic and experienced Outside Warehouse and Global Logistics Manager to oversee our warehouse operations and global logistics activities. This role will be responsible for optimizing warehouse efficiency, managing inventory, and coordinating international shipments to ensure timely delivery to customers worldwide. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in warehouse management, logistics, and international shipping.

Responsibilities:
- Oversee all aspects of warehouse operations, including receiving, storage, and shipping of goods.
- Develop and implement strategies to optimize warehouse layout, processes, and workflows to maximize efficiency and minimize costs.
- Manage inventory levels and conduct regular inventory audits to ensure accuracy.
- Coordinate with suppliers, freight forwarders, and carriers to arrange international shipments and ensure on-time delivery.
- Negotiate rates and contracts with logistics providers to optimize transportation costs.
- Ensure compliance with international trade regulations, including customs clearance, import/export documentation, and trade compliance programs.
- Provide leadership and guidance to warehouse staff, including training, performance management, and development.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in warehouse management and global logistics.
- Strong understanding of warehouse operations, inventory management, and international shipping processes.
- Knowledge of international trade regulations and customs procedures.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in warehouse management systems (WMS) and transportation management systems (TMS).
- Ability to travel domestically and internationally as needed.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop a team.

Preferred Qualifications:
- Certification in supply chain management or logistics (e.g., APICS, CSCMP).
- Experience working with third-party logistics providers (3PLs) and freight forwarders.
- Familiarity with lean principles and continuous improvement methodologies.
- Multilingual abilities, especially in languages relevant to international trade regions.
