As we continue to grow, we are seeking a driven and results-oriented Outside Sales Representative to expand our presence in smoke shops, convenience stores, and gas stations.

Position Overview:
As an Outside Sales Representative, you will be responsible for driving sales growth by establishing and maintaining relationships with smoke shops, convenience stores, and gas stations within your assigned territory. You will serve as the face of our company, promoting our products, educating retailers, and delivering outstanding customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Territory Management: Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to target and penetrate smoke shops, convenience stores, and gas stations within your designated territory.
  • Prospecting and Lead Generation: Identify and prioritize potential customers through cold calling, prospecting, and networking to expand the customer base and increase market share.
  • Relationship Building: Cultivate strong relationships with key decision-makers and store owners to understand their needs, address concerns, and negotiate favorable terms for product placement and promotion.
  • Product Promotion: Showcase our hemp, CBD, and THCA products effectively, highlighting their features, benefits, and competitive advantages to drive sales and increase brand awareness.
  • Training and Education: Provide comprehensive product training and support to store staff, ensuring they are equipped with the knowledge and tools to promote and sell our products to customers.
  • Order Management: Manage the entire sales process from initial contact to order placement, including pricing negotiations, inventory management, and timely delivery of products.
  • Market Insights: Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments to identify opportunities for growth and adapt sales strategies accordingly.
  • Reporting and Analysis: Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and market feedback to track performance, measure results, and identify areas for improvement.

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in outside sales, preferably in the hemp, CBD, or THCA industry, selling to smoke shops, convenience stores, or gas stations.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and building successful client relationships.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Self-motivated and results-driven with a passion for driving business growth.
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
  • Valid driver's license and willingness to travel within the assigned territory.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $100,000.00 - $250,000.00 per year
