OUTSIDE SALES EXECUTIVE

Territory including the greater Sacrameno Valley , not to excluded other areas in Northern California. We sell Used and New Warehouse Rack and Shelving from our 3 acre facility in Rancho Cordova, CA.

Superstars only to potentially earn $80k to $500k

Compensation:

This position starts with a base that is commensurate with your experience and converts to salary with commission or straight commission once trained.

The Role:

  • This opportunity is an outsides sales position with pre-agreed-upon sales objectives.
  • We have an established marketing system that helps generate leads - but you will also be in charge of penetrating the market for opportunities via phone, ZOOM, emails and in person.
  • You will build and maintain strong customer relationships and represent our brand to create a Value-added RCMH client experience.

The Requirements:

  • A minimum of 5 to 10 years of recent sales experience with an emphasis on consultative selling in warehouse design, supply and installation. A documented top producer status is preferable in an outside sales environment.
  • A demonstrated ability to effectively work with other members of the sales team and various departments within the company to achieve individual, departmental and company goals.
  • You will need the ability to build rapport and correspond with people all over the US.
  • The ability to work independently essential.
  • A professional attitude is a must, along with outstanding people skills.
  • Proficient administrative skills and an over achiever mentality is key.

The responsibilities:

  • Consistently meet and exceed agreed upon Sales Quota.
  • This position is an outside sales position with the freedom to set your own schedule and make calls to potential and existing clients for the sale of a full range of products and services offered by RCMH.
  • In addition to calls, you will execute our follow-up and prospecting protocols.
  • Consistently self-train, self-motivate and self-manage your role.
  • Use RCMH systems and tools as instructed.
