P.E. Kramme, Inc. Liquid Food Grade Transport is an 90 year old family run trucking company transporting liquid chocolate and other edible commodities for the largest candy and food stuffs manufacturers in the Country. We're looking for a Terminal Manager position at our location with truck/trailer (tankers) maintenance and tank washing operations. If you're the type that likes a hands on position rather than a desk job, this is a great fit for you. Total facility oversight includes maintaining the building and equipment through an understanding of the processes and ability to perform some light mechanical duties along with the administrative duties.

Candidates should have the follow skills and commitment level;

• Prior trucking terminal management experience on some level
• Maintains a CDL-A license a plus
• Has hands on mechanical background on heavy vehicles
• Works well with varying personalities
• Maintains good working attitude under all circumstances
• Understands that the position requires more than a Mon-Fri commitment

Duties of the Terminal Manager include but are not limited to;

• oversight of the daily operation of the terminal and wash racks
• inventory control
• Fueling system oversight
• General housekeeping of the terminal and property
• Employee OSHA training
• New hire on-boarding
• driver dispatch (secondary)
• Fleet maintenance oversight of shop and employee scheduling
• Develop understanding of the tank wash system and process flow
• Develop understanding of terminal electrical and boiler systems

Daily support is given by Corporate Management located in south New Jersey and this position implements and controls those support measures. Work schedule involves certain Saturday hours.
