Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Operations Manager to join our team. As the Operations Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our company. This is a leadership role that requires strong business acumen, strategic thinking, and excellent communication skills.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Enter and initiate a variety of functional tasks in and out of SAP based on supplied information, which include but are not limited to:
- Purchase orders
- Inter warehouse transfers
- Inventory age monitoring
- Document collection and submission
- Maintain and organize product related documents which include but are not limited to
- Purchase orders (Purchase Order, production plan, etc.)
- Transfers (Transfer reference, packing list, etc.)
- Shipments (Bill of lading, freight invoice, etc.)
- Quality Documents (Certificate of analysis, micro test results, etc.)
- Certifying Documents (Kosher, non-GMO, etc.)
- Assist in functional tasks evaluating products and documents that go in and out of any engaged facility which include but are not limited to:
- Raw material and packaging suppliers
- Third party warehouses
- Finished goods copackers
- Finished goods Co-manufacturers
- Perform research and provide recommendations to reconcile unbalanced inventory quantities
- Generate a variety of reports either for consumption or disposition, which include but are not limited to:
- System driven reports (purchase order list, product aging, etc.)
- Simple spreadsheet reports (transfer tracking
- Data dump report (item list, receipt list, etc.)
- Perform other duties as may be required
Qualifications:
- 1–2 years of working experience in a related field; fresh graduates may be considered
- Ability to work in a fast-paced evolving environment
- Ability to create smooth interpersonal relationships
- Ability to work independently, effectively handle multiple competing priorities, and manage deadlines under pressure
Education:
- Bachelor’s degree in in a related field
- Proficiency in Microsoft 365 Applications
- SAP B1 knowledge is a plus

As a member of the Chaucer Consumer team, you are expected to be accountable for your actions, and maintain yourself as an actively contributing member. The team will rely on you to have timely and accurate information available for their consumption. Your role and the information you supply are integral in ensuring smooth and efficient operations

Pay: $20.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
