On Premise Assistant Account Manager

Assume all job responsibilities associated with the Account Manager position in the coverage of absences, vacations, team sells, ride-withs and for any other reason as deemed necessary by the Sales Supervisor. Also, to assist wholesalers in more effectively influencing On-Premise purchase intent among Contemporary Adult Consumers for the Budweiser family and A-B High-End products.


SPECIFIC JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Assume all specific job responsibilities related to the Account Manager Position, including but not limited to:
    • Insure proper rotation of product in a timely manner with the color code system
    • Knowledge of all pricing, promotions and company goals
    • Communicates to management all changes and occurrences in the market including competitive activity
    • Sell-in and maintain new packages and displays
    • Maintain package integrity and quality standards in the marketplace
    • Attend weekly sales meetings and team meetings
  • Responsible for the adherence to company standards, guidelines, policy and procedures
  • Implement relevant sales promotion programs
  • Conduct sampling sessions- longneck and draught promotions
  • Aggressively merchandise with creative, contemporary theme and permanent pos
  • Communicate retailer and consumer comments concerning competitive activity and market trends
  • Intensify call frequency on key high-volume contemporary adult accounts
  • Track and measure all account activity
  • Any other task as requested by management

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

  • Utilization of personal vehicle for business purposes is required as a condition of employment – vehicle must adhere to company image and safety standards
  • Responsible for maintaining adequate insurance coverage as determined by Suncoast Beverage Sales – employee must provide proof of adequate coverage
  • Physical ability to complete all job tasks-repetitive lifting, bending, pulling and pushing, the ability to lift up to 40 lbs continuously, overhead
  • Willingness to work until the entire job is completed, including working in adverse weather conditions
  • Complete all required training for the position and safety training
  • Complete and become certified in the ABU Selling Skills and all other required certifications
  • Complete all other continued training for position
  • Read, review, and be prepared to explain Company Policy Manual
  • Basic math and Computer skills
  • Strong communicative skills
  • Self motivated with a strong work ethic
  • Ability to present yourself in a professional manner at all times
  • Attend all scheduled company and team meetings
