Office & Warehouse Manager opening for Industrial General Contracting Company in Kenosha, WI. Need to be an experienced Office Manager with Bookkeeping/QuickBooks Desktop Pro experience. Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
· Responsible for all accounting, human resources, and administration functions.
· Process billing, invoices, collection, and accounts payable/receivable.
· Do payroll and pay subcontractors.
· Manage inventory of parts, purchasing, and job cost.
· Review and manage credit card purchases.
· Responsible for new employee on-boarding paperwork. Processing I-9, W-2, 401K, health insurance, and benefits.
· Keep track of work schedules and dispatch work crews if needed.
· Professionally handle customer service with vendors, staff, and customers.
· Proficient in Microsoft Office & Quickbooks Desktop.
· The candidate should have a degree in accounting or at least 4 years of accounting experience.
- Ability to prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, and adapt to changing priorities in a fast-paced environment
