Responsibilities include, but not limited to:
Welcome visitors and help them as needed. Monitor and maintain office equipment and supplies; order replacement supplies as needed.
Support department managers, staff, and executives.
Organize catering, snacks, coffee, or other refreshments as needed.
Coordinate building and maintenance issues for general repair and updates.
Participate in some recruiting process and meetings, generate reports, and assist with some company events.
Coordinate virtual and on-site interview arrangements between candidates and hiring managers.
Conduct pre-employment screening steps (reference checks, background checks, drug screening)
Prepare employment offer letters and follow up on offers.
Maintain, verify, and updates all personnel records in compliance with HR regulations.
Assists with performance management process, and generate salary increase letter.
Be back up support to monthly reports such as PTO chart, per diem, and other reports.
Administrators expensify updates and expensify procedure
Assist with wellness program, employee birthday celebration, and company events.
Assists with exit interviews/offboarding process.
Work with IT and support purchase of new hire assets and assist with onboarding process.
Follow up with new hires and managers after 90 days and conduct 90-day reviews.
Maintain company’s general liability, event vendor liability.
Support HR Team with other assigned duties and projects.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in human resources or related degree
Minimum 1-3 years of equivalent experience
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Highly computer literate with capability in email, MS Office and related business and communication tools
Full understanding of HR functions and best practices
Works well under pressure and meets tight deadlines
Intellectual and people skills, problems solving skills
Preferred Qualifications:
1 year in a corporate working environment with high volume recruitment function.
ATS experience preferred but not required.
Exposure to labor law and employment equity regulations
Verbal and written communication skills in English and Korean+
