Job Summary:

We are seeking a motivated and customer-oriented Multifamily Flooring Account Manager to join our team. As an Account Manager, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, driving sales, and ensuring a positive experience for our customers. Responsibilities:

- Assist onsite customers in finding products and making purchasing decisions

- Provide product knowledge and demonstrate features through product demos

- Upsell and cross-sell products to maximize sales opportunities

- In person sales along with customer visits and quality control walks.

- Process quotes and sales accurately and efficiently using our point-of-sale (POS) software

- Handle customer inquiries and complaints in a professional manner

- Stay up-to-date with product knowledge, industry trends, and competitor offerings

- Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and provide excellent customer service

Experience:

- Previous Multifamily flooring sales experience is preferred but not required

- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment

- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Ability to effectively market products and negotiate with customers

- Familiarity with flooring products

- Knowledge of interior renovations and remodeling is an advantage
