Job Description: As a Night Shift Mechanical Engineer at Kraft Tool Co, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our manufacturing processes during evening hours. This position requires expertise in forging, mechanical design, and mechanical maintenance to support our production facilities effectively. The ideal candidate will thrive in a fast-paced environment and possess a strong commitment to quality and safety.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct mechanical design and analysis to optimize manufacturing processes and equipment.
• Perform regular maintenance and troubleshooting of machinery to minimize downtime and ensure efficient operations.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement continuous improvement initiatives.
• Monitor production metrics and address any deviations from quality or performance standards.
• Provide technical support and guidance to production staff as needed.
• Adhere to safety protocols and regulations to maintain a secure work environment.
• Document maintenance activities, equipment modifications, and process improvements.
• Heat treatment and metal forming.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
• Proven experience in forging, mechanical design, and mechanical maintenance.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a dynamic environment.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Willingness to work night shift hours (3:30 PM to 12:00 AM) from Monday to Friday.
