Phoenix Specialty, an AS-9100 and ISO-9001 registered organization, is seeking a Materials and Purchasing Manager to become a critical part of our management team and help us bring our strategic plan to reality. Co. is a leader in short run metal stamping; as a job-shop contract manufacturer we procure many metal alloys with various specifications, thickness, widths, and tempers.

As the Materials and Purchasing Manager you will:

· During the first 30 days learning our systems, business model, competitive advantages, and strategic plans.

· Strengthen your team by updating the roles and responsibilities of your departments and launching a documented cross training plan within 3 months.

· Within 6 months incorporate the procurement of special processes such as plating, heat treating and grinding into your department.

· Within 12 months, propose and begin implementation of updates to our raw material inventory management system to optimize our inventory turns while keeping Work Order fulfillment greater than 85%.
