Pay: Highly Compensated Wage and Benefits Package.
This position requires extensive knowledge of PLC programming, electrical troubleshooting of equipment to board level and circuit board evaluation and some
minor repairs. In general, a Master Electrician skill level usually requires formal schooling and years of experience in the electrical mechanical maintenance field.
* INSTALLING OR REPAIRING ANY VARIETY OF ELECTRICAL EQUIPMENT, SUCH AS GENERATORS, TRANSFORMERS, SWITCHBOARDS, CONTROLLERS, AND CIRUIT BREAKERS.
· WORKING FROM BLUEPRINTS, DRAWINGS, LAYOUTS AND OTHER SPECIFICATIONS.
· LOCATING AND DIAGNOSING TROUBLE IN THE ELECTRICAL / MECHANICAL SYSTEMS ON EQUIPMENT.
· USE A VARIETY OF ELECTRICIAN’S HANDTOOLS AND MEASURING AND TESTING EQUIPMENT.
· WORKING STANDARD COMPUTATIONS RELATING TO LOAD REQUIREMENTS OF ELECTRICAL EQUIPMENT.
· MUST BE ABLE TO DESIGN AND BUILD CONTROL BOXES AND ROBOTIC WELDING CELLS. TEACH ROBOT WELD PROGRAMS TO COMMUNICATE
· WITH THE PLC PROGRAM.
· MASTERED THE USE OF All BRANDS OF PROGRAMMABLE CONTROLLLERS, HMI, VISION SYSTEMS, DRIVES AND RELATED SOFTWARE.
· DESIGN LADDER DIAGRAMS, ELECTRICAL PRINTS AND SCHEMATICS.
· EXTENSIVE KNOWLEDGE OF 24V DC CONTROLS.
· EXTENSIVE KNOWLEDGE OF 120V-480V.
· 1 PHASE AND 3 PHASE POWER.
· THIS JOB WILL INCLUDE SOME GENERAL MAINTENANCE.
· ALL OTHER WORK AS ASSIGNED BY THE SUPERVISOR.
