Job Summary:
Accountable for the delivery of test automation platforms, toolchains and processes for software systems and infrastructure deploying to production. Provides direction to the team on implementing highly automated testing and software delivery solutions.
Primary Job Responsibilities:
Perform other related assigned duties as necessary to complete the Primary Job Responsibilities as described above.
Requirements:Position requires a bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology or a related field and seven years of IT experience including quality engineering, testing or similar and at least three years in team leadership. Will accept any suitable combination of education, training or experience.
Position requires in depth knowledge of software testing, development and delivery methodologies; experience writing, managing and maintaining test automation suites for single page application and high performance batch applications; experience implementing testing tools and automation practices leveraging tools like Selenium, Postman, JMeter; DocBridge Delta; experience with technologies such as Java, JavaScript, SQL; experience managing engineering teams of five or more staff; ability to lead and mentor staff; ability to analyze and resolve complex problems; ability to plan work and required staffing levels; ability to convey technical concepts to non-technical audiences; and excellent written and verbal communication skills, interpersonal and collaborative skills preferred.
