Everline Resort & Spa is seeking a dynamic People Services Manager to join our team. This position will be focused on supporting People Services operations. The ideal candidate will be an accomplished human resources professional with experience in hospitality. - Help energize and elevate our people services team by ensuring a professional, safe and respectful work environment for all.
- Lead with vision as this role will be crucial in managing the recruitment process, coordinating international student arrivals and departures as well as overseeing housing for our international students.
- Assist with ensuring a seamless and welcoming experience for new hires by being involved with weekly new hire orientations.
- Helps coordinate the new hire orientation program to generate a positive first impression for employees and emphasizes the importance of guest service in company culture.
- Provide on-site support to fill critical gaps, ensuring uninterrupted and high-quality HR support.
- Embody and spread our culture by infusing our values into every interaction and policy, inspiring others and shaping a workplace where everyone feels valued and connected.
- Leads the recruitment process. Recruits with passion. Plays an integral role in attracting top talent. Coordinates the international recruitment and onboarding process.
- Posts open positions on job boards, using applicant tracking system and arranges/participates in career fairs. Establishes and maintains contact with external recruitment sources.
- Analyzes recruiting data to make recommendations that will help us continue to grow and evolve.
- Attend job fairs and document and evaluate outreach efforts with local organizations (e.g., Hotel Association and Hospitality Schools).
- Oversees the selection/non-selection and offers processes to ensure proper procedures are followed (e.g., valid reasons for selection/non-selection and applicants receive status notifications).
- Oversee housing programs for our international students by conducting weekly inspections and staying closely connected with homeowners.
- Source additional housing options when needed and assist with the coordination of repairs and supplies for housing.
- Conduct housing check outs and coordinate return of security deposits
- Offer your expertise and support to our property leaders as they address their unique challenges, interact with their team and fellow managers and meet business plan objectives.
- Support our team members by providing coaching, counseling, and disciplinary actions when necessary.
- Reviews progressive discipline documentation for accuracy and consistency, checks for supportive documentation and weighs in on determining appropriate action.
- Complies and maintains complete knowledge of all company policies & procedures.
- Proficient in all human resources functions, state, and federal regulations.
- Assist with special projects and other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
- Experienced with 2 -5 years of professional experience in People Services, including 1 year in a supervisory capacity.
- Hospitality experience preferred
- Must be able to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication skills, with fluency in English
- Computer literate in Microsoft Word, Excel, Windows, Applicant Tracking Systems and with the ability to learn HRIS systems
- A Strategic Business Partner with a proven track record of success in all aspects of recruiting, both international and domestic.
- Experienced with partnering with key leaders at the property to achieve property and organizational objectives.

Salary range: $80,000 - $90,000/yr.
