Aviation Service Partners (ASP) is looking for a Maintenance Work Controller to join our team. At ASP, we specialize in the sourcing and provision of the world’s top MRO service, Maintenance, Engineering and Project Management teams to provide end-to-end MRO services that are cost-favorable, of the highest-quality and utmost reliability.


The Maintenance Work Controller is an entry level position and will perform the following job duties:

  • Execution of the Maintenance Control function.
  • Compiles the Delta issued work packages/task cards.
  • Ensures that all technical data in use is approved and at the correct amendment/revision state.
  • Works with both electronic and hard copy records, including information entry, information assurance, auditing, updating, and archiving.
  • Providing direct control and supervision of all maintenance records
  • Uploading completed and audited work package documents to the electronic maintenance recording systems (ATS)
  • Auditing, updating and delivery of the electronic and hard copy records for assigned aircraft.
  • Auditing all maintenance paperwork and ensuring errors are logged and corrected.
  • Archiving maintenance work packages in both paper and electronic formats.
  • Ensuring the latest Delta TechOps Policies and Procedures are being used by the maintenance teams.
  • Communicate and coordinate with the Delta TechOps Maintenance Records department regarding document uploads into the ATS software and any other items involving work control procedure.
  • Communicate and coordinate with on-site Delta Air Lines representatives to ensure aircraft work packages are proactively printed, distributed, completed, and audited before final Delta Air Lines review.
