Install, test and maintain wiring for all industrial equipment. Inspect electrical components, such as transformers and circuit breakers. Identify electrical problems with a variety of testing devices. Repair or replace wiring, equipment, and fixtures using hand tools and power tools.
Evaluate electric systems and recommend improvements or repairs needed in order to comply with safety and electrical code requirements.
Trouble shoot and test all electrical equipment.
Examine, test and measure products from assigned equipment for quality specifications, using gauges and instruments and record data on appropriate forms.
Maintains electrical stations in good condition to maintain performance according to the specifications
Operate a variety of machines and equipment.
Replace, fit and adjust worn, broken, new or repaired parts.
Examine, test and measure product from assigned equipment for quality specifications using gauges, and instruments, record data on appropriate forms. Check product for visual defects. Ensure equipment is working correctly after repairs, changeovers or extended downtime.
Ability to use hoist, wrenches, air tools, gauges, drills or grinders; all other specialized auto mechanic tools and equipment.
Five (5) years of experience working with air conditioning equipment
Monitor industrial and automotive equipment schedules for routine maintenance and overhauls
Use burning equipment to dismantle/assemble; cut material in different shapes and sizes
Operate cutting torch
Check product for visual defects;test equipment after repairs
