Looking for Data base manager who is not afraid of the phones! We have 20,000 leads (3000 opening listing alerts). We need to convert them to buyers/sellers and set appointments
- MUST BE ABLE TO CALL AND SET APPOINTMENTS from inbound and outbound leads sources.
- Lead team in turning over the database and setting appointments and keeping track of all activities (calls, texts, emails, door knocks etc).
- Assist as needed in creating and refining the systems of other departments, including but not limited to customer service, lead generation, agent recruiting, and tracking.
- Keep the team leaders informed regarding any problems or issues that arise and help to develop solutions.
- Commit to weekly 1:1 coaching sessions and trainings.
- Become familiar with PLACE Technology.
- 2+ years’ operations experience
- Strong organizational skills and pays strict attention to details
- Proactive servant leader who is willing to do whatever it takes
- Skilled at protecting time and resources of leaders and team members
- Exemplifies a team player who demonstrates extreme ownership
- Strong positive and direct written and verbal communication skills
- Creative problem solver who can follow existing processes and create new ones
- Experience with Google Apps for Business
