This Opportunity:

This position will focus on the development and enhancement of middle managers within our company.

What You'll Do:

  • Develop and deliver comprehensive training programs tailored to the needs of middle managers, covering topics such as leadership skills, communication, conflict resolution, performance management, and strategic thinking.
  • Conduct thorough assessments to identify individual and team training needs, utilizing a variety of tools and methodologies.
  • Provide one-on-one coaching sessions to middle managers, offering personalized guidance and support to help them overcome challenges, maximize their potential, and achieve their professional goals.
  • Collaborate with HR and senior leadership to align training initiatives with organizational objectives and strategic priorities.
  • Design and facilitate interactive workshops, seminars, and group exercises to promote skill development, knowledge sharing, and team cohesion among middle managers.
  • Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs through feedback mechanisms, surveys, and performance metrics, making necessary adjustments to enhance outcomes and ensure continuous improvement.
  • Serve as a mentor and role model for middle managers, exemplifying best practices in leadership, decision-making, and interpersonal effectiveness. Design, implement and monitor an effective mentorship program.
  • Stay informed about industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in training and coaching, incorporating relevant insights into program design and delivery.
  • Foster a culture of learning and development within the organization, encouraging middle managers to take ownership of their professional growth and seek opportunities for skill enhancement.
  • Maintain accurate records of training activities, participant progress, and outcomes, generating reports and analysis as needed to track ROI and demonstrate the impact of training interventions.
  • Travel is required.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, Business Administration, or a related field; Master's degree preferred.
  • Proven experience in designing and delivering training programs for middle managers, preferably in a corporate or organizational setting.
  • Strong understanding of adult learning principles, instructional design methodologies, and training evaluation techniques.
  • Demonstrated proficiency in coaching middle managers to improve performance, enhance leadership capabilities, and achieve professional development goals.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport, motivate others, and foster a positive learning environment.
  • Excellent organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities, meet deadlines, and adapt to changing needs and circumstances.
  • Knowledge of relevant tools and technologies for training delivery, such as learning management systems (LMS), virtual classrooms, and multimedia resources.
  • Certification in coaching (e.g., ICF accreditation) and/or training (e.g., ATD certification) is a plus.
