Infosys is seeking a Lead IBM Sterling Order Management Systems Consultant, you who will be IBM Sterling Order Management’s solution expert for all client engagements. You need to provide product architecture and technical expertise to the client and to the IBM Sterling Order Management project team. You must have a complete understanding of the client’s business processes as well as the technical requirements for successful implementation of IBM Sterling Order Management’s software. You need to ensures the overall requirement gathering, Fit gap analysis, system architecture design, application design, development, testing, and deployment. This includes ensuring that the solution design and delivery meet the customer’s business requirements. You will also mentor the functional and technical consultants on the project team.
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education.
At least 7 years of Relevant Information Technology experience

Location for this position is Brentwood, TN. This position may require travel to project/client location.
Preferred Qualifications:
At least 5 years of experience in software development life cycle.
At least 5 years of experience in translating functional/non-functional requirements to system requirements.
Experience in Configuration and Customization of Sterling OMS
Experience in working with Sterling Web SOM & Web COM modules
Experience in creating Technical design documents for Sterling OMS
Experience and understanding of in Production support and performance engineering.
Technical Skills - Knowledge of Java, XML, XSLT
Ability to work in team in diverse/ multiple stakeholder environment and has client interfacing skills.
Conduct QA reviews of custom developed code to ensure overall quality and compliance with the IBM Sterling Order Management development framework
Ensure thorough solution testing and deployment, including System Test, User Acceptance Test, and Performance Test
Maintain IBM Sterling Order Management solutions and best practices for design and delivery
Strong knowledge in value chain management (supply chain and demand chain) with emphasis on order fulfillment and order management.
Experience with application development and system architecture design; working knowledge of Unix (HP, IBM, Sun, Red Hat LINUX) and Windows, C++, Java, XML & XSL
Experience working with IBM complementary products: BEA Weblogic, IBM WebSphere, WebMethods, Cognos, JMS compliant queues (MSMQ, WebLogic JMS)
Experience working with product that touch IBM Sterling Order Management’s integrations points: CRM products, ERP products, EAI tools, merchandising systems, other WMS products, point of sale products, payment processing applications, tax calculation packages, shipping applications, etc.
The job may entail extensive travel. The job may also entail sitting as well as working at a computer for extended periods of time. Candidates should be able to effectively communicate by telephone, email, and face to face.
