The Opportunity with McKinstry

We are adding a Launch Manager - Facilities Operations & Maintenance to our dynamic team growing our ActiveOps team across the United States. The Sr. Program Manager, ActiveOps, will lead a technical delivery team to deliver complex multi-offering projects within the technical services business. In this role, the Sr. Program Manager will lead cross functional teams in the planning, discovery, and implementation of ActiveOps services for clients to improve energy, maintenance, and operational efficiency of facilities. This position will play a key role in the ActiveOps program evolution and provides SME support to business development. Additional responsibilities include:

  • Ensure effective project delivery from initial project opportunity identification through stabilization of ActiveOps services.
  • Plan program milestones and schedule for implementation.
  • Establish program goals and Key Performance Indicators to meet client needs.
  • Ensure client satisfaction with program transition(s).
  • Oversee program evaluation, collecting program feedback to incorporate into best practices and program evolution.
  • Own program financial performance through the turnover of operations.
  • Hire, coach and performance manage team members consistent with McKinstry values.
  • Other duties as assigned.

What You Need to Succeed at McKinstry

  • 10-15 years relevant experience.
  • Expertise in a specific program (Cx, BEA, TSO, MSI, FA).
  • Understanding of Integrated Facilities Management preferred.
  • Proficient in Communication/Teaming/Internal and External Interactions.
  • Proficient in project management/people leadership/sales acumen.

The pay range for this position is $102,780 - $171,400 per year; however, base pay offered may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Base pay information is based on market location. A bonus may be provided as part of the compensation package, in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits, dependent on the position offered.
