Job description

Established design-build landscape firm catering to both residential and home building clients is seeking a highly motivated and organized individual to join our team.

This position will be responsible for purchasing plants, shrubs, trees, and associated landscape items for both small- and large-scale projects. This position will also manage the maintenance on the truck fleet by ordering parts and scheduling the maintenance. They will also be involved in estimating and contract generation. Successful candidate will be involved in all aspects of the landscape and hardscape industry.

Job Requirements/Responsibilities:

Locate & purchase plants, shrubs and trees within job budgets and scheduled timeline. (Gathering current pricing from vendors, negotiate pricing to meet both client and company needs).

Meet with clients to discuss needs, and provide professional guidance

Site visits: measurements, pictures, etc.

Manage maintenance on truck fleet and schedule appointments as needed

Estimates for contracts as needed.

Qualifications:

Experience in Landscape purchasing, receiving and shipping

Fleet Maintenance experience.

Quickbooks Experience preferred

Excel Experience required.

This position is available for immediate placement. We offer a competitive level compensation package.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $25.00 - $35.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 – 50 per week
