Labor Relations Specialist Needed for Global Manufacturing Firm in the Augusta, GA area

A qualified candidate will have:
Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Labor Relations, Business, Accounting, or related field
At least three (3+) years of professional human resource administration required with experience in employee relations
SHRM-CP or SHRM-SCP preferred
Experience with a large manufacturing operation with a Union workforce, Teamsters experience is preferred
Experience conducting initial interviews and gathering information for employee relations matters such as harassment allegations, work complaints, or other concerns
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with employees
Experience Ensuring timely responses to all matters within the CBA including grievances, reporting, discipline, etc.
