Job Description Summary:
Junior Human Resources Generalist will play a crucial part in supporting various HR functions, with a primary focus on data entry, administrative tasks, and assisting the HR team in day-to-day operations to ensure the effective delivery of our HR services and contribute to the growth and success of the Company.

Key Responsibilities:
- Perform accurate and timely data entry of employee information and documents, ensuring the integrity and confidentiality of all data.
- Assist in maintaining and managing the HRIS system (Workday), regularly updating data and ensuring data accuracy, system functionality, and data security.
- Assist in the recruiting process including candidate communications and scheduling interviews.
- Plans and conducts new employee orientation to foster positive and effective onboarding
- Handle general inquiries from employees regarding HR policies, procedures, and other related matters.
- Perform other HR or administrative assignments as needed.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and record-keeping.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and experience with HRIS software (Workday) is a plus.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills. Korean-English bilingual is preferred.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
- Enthusiastic team player with a willingness to learn and contribute to a collaborative environment.
- Prior internship or part-time experience in an HR role is a bonus.
- Basic knowledge of employment laws and regulations is desirable.

The anticipated compensation range is
21.50 - 39.75 USD Hourly
Actual compensation will be determined based on various factors including qualifications, education, experience, and location. The pay range is subject to change at any time dependent on a variety of internal and external factors.
