As a National Branch Quality Assurance (NB QA) Analyst, you will be a key member of the J.P. Morgan Wealth Management Business Support & Controls team and help in our mission to create great client experiences. NB QA Analysts work to create more efficiency, enhance quality, and build consistency within National Branch (NB) while operating in a highly controlled and regulated environment. Your contributions and deliverables ultimately result in a better client experience, better employee experience, and a more resilient business.

Job responsibilities

  • Perform call reviews and variance reviews for NB (including ADA reviews)
  • Perform check the checker reviews for QA analysts
  • Serve as NB QA team SME
  • Assigning of QA random samples and quarterly variance assignments
  • Preparing and presenting presentations for Sr. or Executive Management
  • Building and delivering communications and training to Team Leaders
  • Identify and report areas for process improvements, gaps, or outages
  • Partner with NB leaders in working groups to help enhance the NB advisor/team leader experience
  • Work closely with NB QA Leader to foster partnerships with NB leadership to advise and influence business decisions

Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills

  • FINRA Series 7 licensing required
  • Minimum of three years of related experience or financial services industry experience
  • Quality assurance experience
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Understanding of National Branch advisor procedures
  • Strong time management and prioritization skills

Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred
  • 1-2+ years sales and relationship management experience preferred with a proven track record of success
