Purpose
The Inventory Supervisor will be responsible for a wide variety of inventory activities to include but not limited to maintaining accurate inventory, perform and/or lead cycle counts, assist in trouble shooting and offer insight with other departments. The Inventory Supervisor will work in collaboration with other warehouse staff to ensure processes and safety requirements are maintained.
Areas of Responsibility / Tasks

- Primarily responsible in maintaining a high level of inventory accuracy and to monitor and control inventory with complete integrity.
- Coordinate with local suppliers and designated Warehouse Supplies Lead regarding the status of inventories and to ensure smooth delivery of goods by coordinating with internal and external customers.
- Collaborate with various departments such as Office teams, distribution, production, and quality control to achieve inventory control accuracy including.
- Supervise rework and coordinate process improvements with designated QC personnel.
- Assist in reconciliation of the WMS for accuracy.
- Supervise Inventory team members to ensure daily goals are met.
- Perform daily analysis to predict potential inventory problems.
- Review transactions to verify accuracy.
- Perform monthly audits.
- Lead inventory department personnel with a mindset of speed, accuracy, and openness.
- Work collaboratively with the Warehouse Manager and their team to ensure that key objectives are met.
- Track and report key operating and quality-related metrics and report on a regular basis
- Supervise, perform, and assign cycle counts on daily/weekly/monthly basis to ensure complete accuracy.
- Perform & Supervise month end physical count on all packaging supplies.
- Report non-consumables supplies on a weekly basis to the Warehouse Supplies Lead
- Work with the Warehouse Supplies Lead to maintain the optimal level of supplies at the warehouse based on what the business needs and monitor packaging volumes at RBT.
- Periodically consult neighboring warehouse locations to manage inventory issues at Warehouse Supplies Leads request
- Work with Inventory Coordinators on daily tasks and duties.
- Work with the Production Department on any packaging supply issues.
- Work with PBS on any supply kit issues.
- Manage all supply transfers between locations.
- Complete Employee evaluations and Approve timesheets/PTO.
- Research and adjust inventory in warehouse management system accordingly.
- Participate in housekeeping to ensure that packaging supply areas are clean and organized.
- Work with the Office Manager to develop meaningful KPIs.
- Maintain monthly cycle counts goal.
- Train the department on QMS and SOPs.
- Write department SOPs.
- Commit to OCS Blue & OSHA Safety facility Standard.
- Recruit, train, and hold a high standard of performance for all employees.
- Perform any additional duties as assigned by Ravago Baytown Management.

Minimum Qualifications/ Education / Experience / Certifications
1. Education:
a. High School Diploma/GED
b. Minimum of 2 years of relevant work experience in similar title and scope of responsibility.
2. Systems Experience:
a. WMS
b. Microsoft suite: Outlook, Excel - Required (Teams, SharePoint, PowerPoint preferred)
3. Licenses / Certifications:
a. Valid Driver’s license
b. Forklift certificate
Work Environment / Conditions
The work environment/conditions described herein are representative of those that an incumbent may experience.
- This job primarily operates in a warehouse setting and must be able to work in varying temperatures, depending upon season.
- Schedules may vary from week to week based on business demands in excess of 40 hours with or without notice.
