Inventory and Operations Manager
Spinelli Kilcollin is a fine jewelry brand based in downtown Los Angeles. We work with over 100 global retailers and operate four locations—in NYC, Los Angeles, and London.
We are hiring an Inventory and Operations Manager to work with our Operations Director to maintain accurate inventory levels across several locations, provide our team with accurate daily counts, and assist with daily office operations.
This position can be based in Los Angeles.
About you:
- 2-3 years of experience in jewelry inventory or similar experience, ERP or Inventory Management Software experience is a plus.
- Experience with Inventory Management and best practices.

Responsibilities will include:
- Inventory Pulls and Adjustments
- Managing Shopify stock levels on our website daily to reflect accurate ATS inventory to customers.
- Input inventory into our tracking system and maintain its accuracy.
- Consignment Tracking with the Wholesale & Operations Director.
- Working closely with the operations, production, sales, and shipping teams to ensure the timely and efficient transfer of pieces within the company.
- Quality Control all inventory pieces coming into and shipping out of inventory.
- Conducting inventory audits and producing reports outlining any discrepancies.
- Identifying, developing, and improving procedures to increase efficiency.
- Preparing monthly inventory reports for our financial department.
- Coordinating quarterly inventory physical counts to determine the completeness, existence, and accuracy of inventory counts, managing cycle count accuracy, and reporting on any variances to necessary team members.
- Preparing periodic inventory reports, determining the reasons for discrepancies, and alerting managers to the root causes of inventory misclassifications.
- Transferring inventory internally.
Operations Related Responsibilities:
- Helping maintain office supplies inventory.
- Accepting daily packages and mail, scanning & filing mail, depositing checks, and emailing invoices and government paperwork to our Office Manager.
- Coordinating monthly parking passes.
- Coordinating messengers to and from the office.
- Assisting with Birthdays & Anniversaries.
- Assisting retail shipping when needed.

Salary:
Salary range is $65,000-$70,000 annually, commensurate with experience. Three professional references are required.
