Accounting experience in the Interior Design Field/ Industry

Bachelor's degree in accounting required

Purchasing - Tracking Orders

Correspondence with Logistics and furniture claims

Corresponding with vendors and receiving company

Scheduling deliveries & installs

Responsible for bi weekly update emails to clients with project status

Responsible for Payables & Receivables

Invoicing clients

Proficient in Microsoft Word & Excel & Ivy & Online QuickBooks

Great time management

Organized and efficient

Excellent communication and organizational skills

Efficiency, with attention to detail

Reliable - committed to the job

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $28.00 - $33.00 per hour
