Salary: $60000.00 - $70000.00 per year

First Year Renewal Commission

75% of Health Insurance Cost Covered by Agency

• With upselling, the ability to make 30% commission on new policies, 20% on renewals earning an additional $10,000 - $35,000
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to create a loyal customer base.
• Enter data accurately and keep track of records regularly to ensure the accuracy and validity of the information.
• Respond to customer inquiries regarding policy questions, changes, and updates. Issue Insurance Documentation (COI, ID cards, etc.)
• Answering incoming phone calls and scheduling appointments
• Address the clients concerns carefully, clearly, and professionally.
• Treat each customer contact as a cross and up-sell opportunity including financial products and asking for referrals.

• Must have a Washington Property and Casualty License.
• 2+ years in Commercial Lines Experience is Required.
• Pay meticulous attention to detail when reviewing policies, contracts, and client data to minimize errors and ensure the highest level of accuracy.
• Candidate must have basic computer software knowledge. This includes being proficient in Microsoft Office Suite. Agency Management System (AMS) is a BONUS.
• Effectively communicate complex insurance concepts and policy details to clients in a clear, understandable, and client-friendly manner, ensuring they make well-informed decisions.
• Demonstrate strong typing skills, efficiently entering and processing data to meet deadlines and client needs.
• Exemplify professionalism over the phone, in writing, and in the office to create a positive work environment and ensure effective communication.
