We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Industrial Electrician to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the installation of electrical systems in an industrial setting. The primary focus of this role is on control panel building, working with 480-3 phase voltage, and interpreting electrical schematics.

Responsibilities:
1. Control Panel Building: Assemble, and wire control panels for industrial machinery and equipment. Ensure compliance with electrical codes and standards.

2. 480-3 Phase Voltage: Work with high-voltage systems, specifically 480-3 phase voltage, ensuring the safe and efficient operation of electrical components.

3. Schematic Interpretation: Read and interpret electrical schematics, blueprints, and technical drawings to assemble electrical wiring.

5. Troubleshooting: Identify and resolve electrical problems using diagnostic tools and testing equipment. Perform root cause analysis for any possible issues.

6. Safety Compliance: Adhere to all safety regulations and guidelines when working with electrical systems. Implement safety measures to protect personnel and equipment.

7. Collaboration: Work closely with other maintenance personnel, engineers, and production staff to ensure seamless integration of electrical systems into the industrial environment.

Qualifications:

• Education: High school diploma or equivalent. Technical or vocational training in electrical systems or a related field is preferred.
• Experience: Proven experience as an Industrial Electrician, with a focus on control panel building, working with 480-3 phase voltage, and interpreting schematics. A minimum of 3 years of relevant industrial electrical experience is required.
• Certifications: Possession of relevant electrical certifications and licenses. Familiarity with local and national electrical codes.
• Must have a clean background and drug test.
• Skills:
• Proficient in control panel design and assembly.
• In-depth knowledge of 480-3 phase voltage systems.
• Strong understanding of electrical schematics and blueprints.
• Excellent troubleshooting and diagnostic skills.
• Ability to work independently or as part of a team.
