Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Human Resources Specialist to join our team. As a Human Resources Specialist, you will play a key role in supporting our HR department and ensuring the smooth operation of various HR functions. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is detail-oriented, knowledgeable in HR processes, and passionate about supporting employees.

Responsibilities:

  • Administer and oversee various HR functions, including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and employee relations.
  • Coordinate the recruitment process, including posting job openings, screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and conducting reference checks.
  • Manage employee onboarding and offboarding processes, ensuring new hires are properly integrated into the company and departing employees receive appropriate offboarding support.
  • Assist with the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with labor laws and regulations.
  • Provide guidance and support to employees on HR-related issues, including benefits, compensation, and workplace policies.
  • Maintain accurate employee records and ensure data integrity within HR systems.
  • Assist with employee performance evaluations and provide feedback to managers as needed.
  • Handle employee relations matters, including investigating complaints, resolving conflicts, and facilitating communication between employees and management.
  • Support HR initiatives and projects as needed.

Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 2+ years of experience in a human resources role.
  • Strong knowledge of HR policies, procedures, and best practices.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and HRIS systems.
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively with team members.
  • HR certification (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR) preferred but not required.
