Summary Job Statement

Oasis Sun Collectors is looking for an experienced Human Resources Manager to join a close-knit team of employees. The Human Resources Manager promotes the principles, values, vision, and mission of the company, and supports the Company in meeting its goals by coordinating and executing the company's HR functions, The HR/Recruiting Manager’s work focuses on the following major categories: (a) recruitment and hiring, (b) workforce development, communication, and employee morale (c) compensation and performance management, (d) benefit administration and wellness, and (e) aid in environmental health and safety.

Responsibilities

  • Manages Recruitment Program; ensuring the continuous flow of qualified candidates
  • Coordinates and schedules interviews, background screening, onboarding, and creation and maintenance of employee files.
  • Assists with personnel relations issues including investigations; administering corrective actions; assisting with unemployment claim information and unemployment hearings
  • Collaborate with management to create, implement, and communicate new policies and procedures.
  • Administer and manage all associate benefits and benefit programs.
  • Serve as the on-site representative of the Company at all times.
  • Oversee and manage all HR functions within the Company
  • Assists with HR data management and reporting functions
  • Assists with special projects

Minimum Qualifications/Requirements

  • Degree in Human Resources strongly desired; or a combination of education and experience.
  • Two years of related experience.
  • Knowledge of Federal and State employment laws.
  • Must have a valid driver's license and be willing to travel between facilities.
  • Must be Proficient with Google Suite.
  • Must have excellent oral and written communication skills.
  • Must be highly organized and self-motivated.
  • Must be able to multitask and maintain a high level of confidentiality and professionalism.
  • Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers, team members, and the general public.
  • Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagram form. Ability to deal with problems involving concrete variables in standardized situations.
  • Must be able to read, speak, and comprehend English
  • Additional duties as assigned

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $43,000.00 - $74,000.00 per year
