Position Title: Human Resources Operations Coordinator

Salary: $20.35 - $22.40 / hr
Essential Job Duties:
1. Documentation for Standard Operating Procedures and File Management
2. Onboarding and Offboarding Management
3. Supervise a team of student workers to provide operational support to the department
4. Support, respect, and commit to embracing diverse backgrounds, values, and points of view to build a strong and inclusive community
5. Complete and meet deadlines for required training and performance management cycle
6. Perform other duties as assigned
Work Schedule:
Term: Year-Round
Shift: Striving for work-life balance, St. Olaf College's typical work hours are Monday through Friday from 8:30 am - 5:00 pm. Recognizing individual needs, we support flexible scheduling options.
Required Qualifications:
Education: Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience
Experience: Experience in documenting procedures and practices, excellent organizational and time management skills, attention to detail, and accurate entry of information into databases
Preferred Qualifications:
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Management, or a related field
Experience: 3+ years of experience working in a human resources environment and/or higher education; advanced technical skills; experience working with Human Resources Information Systems. Direct oversight of employees
