HR Manager- Employee Relations, Brook Park
Magnolia Management Group is a business management company, that provides administrative support to schools and behavioral health organizations throughout Northeast Ohio.
We are seeking a HR Manager to join our team. The HR Manager works closely with the HR Director and HR Generalist to carry out the many duties of the department. The ideal candidate will be highly organized, have strong communication skills, and a desire to work in a team environment.
Responsibilities
- Support the recruitment/hiring process
- Completes Job Offers, employee benefits
- Manages FMLA, Unemployment, and BWC claims
- Implement creative and innovative sourcing strategies and techniques to build a pipeline of qualified candidates, employee relations etc.
- Respond to HR related inquiries and provide assistance
- Assists in benefits administration, open enrollment, and approves invoices from benefit providers
- Maintains accurate data and HR records
- Other duties as assigned
Job Requirements and Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in human resources or related field and/or equivalent experience
- Two years related experience required
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office and database management
- Strong verbal, written and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work cooperatively, independently, and meet deadlines
